FoCo X ONE December Virtual Challenge
Monday, December 1st through Friday, December 19th
3 weeks of training
5 classes a week
10 AM EST Monday through Friday
60 minutes each day via Zoom
Adapted for a community of movement practitioners, this movement fitness class is one hour in length and does not require a dance background.The FoCo X ONE class is conducted in a follow-long method following Three-Stage structure: Activating — establishing the connections between mind and body, Rooting — finding footing and building grounded sensation and Mapping — recognizing the transitions and pathways of movement sequence. FoCo X ONE class is a unique approach to movement practice and fitness by exploring essential principles of FoCo Technique™ such as resistance, flow, grounded-ness, dynamic and musicality. The class encourages participants to experience the joy of expression through accessible movement forms. A cumulative movement sequence will follow the final stage — Mapping — in each FoCo X ONE class.
The Challenge will be taught by the creator of FoCo Technique™ Yue Yin and will follow FoCo Technique™ structure and focus on the foundational elements of the FoCo movement.
Class will ONLY be LIVE. There will be NO recordings. There is a 3 person limit per screen.

1 Week Pricing: $75 | sign up before 5PM EST on Sunday, Nov 30th
2 Week Pricing: $135 | sign up before 5PM EST on Sunday, Dec 7th
3 Week Pricing: $185 | sign up before 5PM EST on Sunday, Dec 14th
A Zoom Link will be sent after the registration is closed each week on Sundays.
Cancellation Policy: Students who cancel more than an hour before the 1st class of the week will be refunded the full amount for that week. Students who do not show up or cancel less than an hour before the week begins will not be refunded.
For this virtual challenge, there is no financial aid or payment plans available.
