Announcing the launch of FOCO x Community classes at 92NY!
These 60 min classes are designed to bring the dynamic experience of FOCO TECHNIQUE™ to everyone, regardless of dance background or training. Rooted in a unique fusion of Chinese Folk and Western Contemporary Dance, FOCO offers an inclusive setting focused on movement, fitness, and cultural exchange.
FOCO x Community is built on the same artistic and movement principles as the FOCO TECHNIQUE™ training method, and is specifically designed to inspire people to experience dance through movement practice. All classes are led by experienced instructors, presenting movement as a healing, spiritual and joyful activity while introducing participants to elements of traditional Chinese dance and contemporary dance vocabulary.
Classes will be led by FOCO pioneer Yue Yin, alongside certified FOCO instructors Grace Whitworth and Nat Wilson. And of course, those with dance training are always welcome to join and share in this exciting communal experience.
